Help With Spiritual Healing?
lately i have been wanting to learn how to preform spiritual healing. But problem is i cant find any good sites or books to help me learn. i have studied psychic healing, but i want to try something new. so anyone know where i could go to try and learn?
also i have heard that water is extremely helpful in healing so anything to do with using water would be very much appreciated. Add i love the element water *drifts away in thought of water* lol xP
also i dont want anything to do with jesus or anything BS like that
spiritual healing is quite simple really. As a healer you have to realize
that you are only being a channel of blessing or healing to another
person. If you think you are doing it, you are on an ego trip
which usually produces the opposite effects of what you are
telling yourself you are doing.
The basis for spiritual healing is this: God created man in His image and Likeness, which means perfect. If the other person sees
their self as sick and less than perfect, that is what needs to be healed.
If you see them as sick also, you are as sick as they are
and will be unable to help them. Seeing their innate perfection
is what can bring about healing.

Does Water Help to Lose Weight?
Two thirds of the planet is covered in water. Sounds like a useless fact doesn’t it? Well your wrong, water is one of the vital things we need to survive as it keeps us hydrated. Doesn’t sound like a useless fact now does it? The body contains water too. When you exercises and start to sweat you are losing water which is why you are meant to drink water after you exercise or you will become dehydrated. Even though these are all interesting facts, did you know that water is great for losing weight? This article will tell you how you can lose some weight with the help of our good friend H2O.
Water helps weight loss by increasing the body’s metabolism. Metabolism is the process of burning fat that is carried out by the liver. The liver contains stored fat and it converts it into energy. The liver is also aided in this process with your kidneys which depend on water. If you don’t take in enough water you kidneys slow down and your liver has to do all the work which can be slow (see how metabolism works?). Another way of increasing your metabolism is by exercising as you need more energy (which is converted by the liver) but make sure you drink plenty of water!
By drinking water you will also look better. Yes it is a known fact that water makes your skin better. It washes away impurities and makes you glow. Water also helps your muscles. By drinking plenty of water your muscles are easier to contract and also improves you muscle tone. So by drinking water you will not only look better but feel better.
Drinking 8 glasses a day is something you actually have to do. Make sure that when you do this you spread out the glasses (don’t just drink them all at the same time!) and if you are in a hot country or exercise then make sure you drink more than the 8 glasses to keep you hydrated. When drinking 8 glasses a day you may start feeling bloated. This is good because before you started drinking water your body had to store water because you were depriving it of its minerals. So when you start drinking 8 glasses you body will stop storing the water knowing you are sending it a fresh supply so it will release the toxic fluid which means you will be going to the bathroom frequently, but it slows down soon.
See how water helps weight loss? By speeding up your metabolism with water you can look better and have a better muscle tone. Make sure you drink 8 glasses if possible to help your body out.
