When are you supposed to have bowel movement on the Salt Water Cleanse?
I did the Salt Water Cleanse and i still haven’t a bowel movement and it has been hour now. Did do something wrong? I used salt that didn’t contain and iodize. I am bloat now and i don’t what to do get rid this bloat.
Okay, if i was not supposed to drink it what was i supposed to do with it?
You can’t drink salt water! I would call your doctor and tell him what you have done.

Why People Should Be Water Conscious
The British tap water system has improved massively over the years making it possible for people to feel free in helping themselves to a glass of water as many times as they want in a day. These days the home water systems can be fitted with specialised water filters, making it safer and cleaner.
Drinking water is the topic for discussion due to the increased health awareness and long term affects of drinking contaminated chemical ridden water. The tap water system contains chlorine, which help extinguish parasites, harmful toxins and bacterial. Many have argued the health risks involved when consuming the water containing added chemicals. Many people however, are not so concerned about water filters, or the content of their tap water system. In fact, these people do not care about the health risks involved with consuming unclean water, because this particular group do not drink water. It is alarming to know that a large number of people forget to drink enough water in a day, resulting in more people suffering from dehydration without even knowing it.
The average person drink more tea and coffee than they do drinking pure water. Most people mistake thirst for hunger, therefore consume more food and avoid drinking water. Drinking plenty of water cleanses your system and helps to reduce feelings of fatigue and tiredness. Many can mistake these feelings for malnourishment and not realise that they are in fact dehydrated. This results in people eating more than they should.
Government officials have endeavoured to promote healthy living, pointing out the dangers of consuming too much caffeinated beverages. This has seen many schools change their menus by reducing the number of canned soft drinks machine that contain caffeine (such as coca-cola) and installing bottled water and low sugar drinks machines as a healthy replacement. The same actions have been taken upon replacing snack food vending machines for healthier alternatives such as dried fruits and nuts.
Children with severe immune deficiency are at more risk of falling ill long term if they do not drink enough water. For this reason, homeowners feel safeguarded by installing their own home water filtering system. These are installed underneath the sink; they are usually inexpensive and require little effort to install. However, some households prefer to use water filter jugs as opposed to installing an actual device under the sink.
The less water people drink the more likely they are to suffer from mood swings and irritability. Others may suffer from skin conditions such as spots, dryness or rash. Water is an essential part of our survival and drinking a substantial amount each day can help alleviate minor illness and promote good health. Bottled water can often be an expensive way of stocking up on your water supply, hence some prefer to install or buy portable water filters or drink from the water coolers supplied in their office. Whatever the method, there is always water readily available in the UK.
