3 day cleanse-fruit, veggies, liquids, plus extra hour of yoga-does this work?
I heard of a 3 day cleanse. You eat only fruit, veggies, and liquids, like water, 100% juice, and maybe some vitamin water of sorts. You are also suppose to do an extra hour of exercise, I was thinking yoga. Do you know if this works?
3 days is kind of short i would extend it to 6 days. this will fully cleanse you as well as drop some good weight. best of luck
