Why do I keep getting itchy legs when I shave?
I wash them before to make them soft, I use shaving foam, I don’t press down too hard and I even wash my legs with cold water after because the heat makes them itchy too! Ive even taken to only doing one stroke on each piece of skin! Im 19 and Im sure ive only had this for about a year and ive been shaving my legs for MUCH longer than that. I even use good razor heads and make sure they aren’t too dull. Could I buy anything to put onto my legs after to sort them out? Help because I get chronic itching for days and days after!
OK, well from your suggestions I think I need to get a better shaving foam, make sure mum ISNT using my razor and get a lotion for after! I have tried the hair removal cream and I do think its great actually!

the best thing to do is put lotion on your legs after you finish shaving, like right away, I shave in the shower so then it’s just the quick towel dry and moisturizer right away and I dont itch

5 Men’s Shaving Tips You’ve Never Heard Of

1. Exfoliate your skin.
“Exfoliate” scares men. I’ve found that a lot of men who care about their appearance and male grooming don’t know what it means. Exfoliate simply means to remove a dead layer of skin and expose a fresh new one. You’ll get a really enjoyable shave that’s razor sharp close with this tip. It’s awesome. You can make an exfoliating scrub that’s filled with natural ingredients very easily or pick up a product like Nivea Exfoliating Face Scrub For Men. Apply, wait for 1 minute, and wash off with warm/hot water. Exfoliating exposes and lifts up men’s thick and rigid hair follicies for straight up awesome men’s shaving.
2. Swim with the fishes.
Do you want a super-close shave that’s not irritating? Shave after a hot shower. The steam will unclog your pores. If you can’t shower before shaving, wet your face for 1 minute with hot water. You could even take men’s shaving to the top by shaving in the shower…Might be tough though with all the steam.
3. Make aqua your favorite color.
If you want a close shave like male models, this men’s shaving tip is for you. Did you know that the hair on your face is actually tougher than the edges of your razor blade? The key to neatly slicing every hair on your face, avoid bumps, and irritation is to have well-hydrated skin. Over your day, drink water in regular intervals. It’s really not about getting eight cups…This is a myth. Consume water regularly throughout the day for crazy men’s shaving results. You’ll notice a much closer shave and a better overall feeling and appearance.
4. Old-school is coming back in a flash.
Use an old-school shaving brush. I know if you use Gillette foam you’re gonna be skeptical. I get it. I totally understand what you’re feeling… I’ve been there. Switching over to a shaving brush was the best men’s shaving decision I ever made. The old-school brush exfoliates, lifts your hair follicies up for a closer shave, allows you to keep your skin wet without taking away the shaving cream and most importantly…Delivers an ultra-rich lather that’s going to protect your skin.
