cleaning chemicals and pregnancy?
My husband and I were trying to get a large stain off of our white leather sofa. Nothing was taking it off. (looked like a bluish color and was one on one of the seat cushions. We tried leather cleaner, bleach with water mixed, sprays, finally after some heavy duty scrubbing with a sponge it finally mostly came out. I tried not to breath in the chemicals, but I’m sure after a while I did inhale some of it. I have never done this before, and now I’m worried I hurt the baby. I worry over every little thing. I’m almost 11 weeks. Do you think the baby is fine? I know….stupid to have done it in the first place…no rude comments please!
well i am what you call a neat freak and i hate junk. and though my man helps out he does not do it the way i like it so i still clean and use spray’s i have a one year old and though i am pregnant i have to clean up after her so i would say your fine. dont let everything scare you when your pregnant!! good luck

dry need to run room humidifier. boil water first then use. Does this clean minerals out? chemicals? worth it?
i do use this to help the filter along.
need to run it 24/7 as nose bloods up. i boil to try assist filtering but want to make sure i am actually helping as using a lot of time & electricity boiling 4 gallons each day. it is cold mist and ofcourse i let water cool before use.
It’ll get rid of the only chemical that you want to keep, the chlorine.
The small amount of chlorine in tap water will help prevent algae and bacteria from growing in the humidifier. (It will still need cleaned about once a month.)
Boiling the water won’t get rid of much in the way of minerals.
Using a water filter may be beneficial! “Britta” for instance, claims to remove almost all minerals from the water.
