Will my brother lose weight? WATER DIET?
My brother is 28 years old, 5’8, and 167 lbs… He said he wanted to be under 150 but he doesn’t exercise… I think he has a good metabolism since he always eat like 4 cups of rice and 3 fried chicken or pork chops and he doesn’t gain weight.. He might loose weight but he should exercise atleast 30 minutes a day and he will get results
