I am so happy that you are in fasting, this not only make you fit but also make you so happy, during fasting try to see the sun light with cooling glass, and do some normal physical exercises which will make you more healthier.
Since i don’t have much time to share my own experiences, I was in fasting for six months around 13 years back, lost around 25 kgs. I was taking only water during that time.
There are People In India, that too Janis they do fasting for one month.
Fasting means not the question of starving, but surrendering to GOD.
If we do this by surrendering to our GOD, I assure you and promise you that you will get extraordinary energy and become so smart.
During fasting pl avoid the following things, don’t talk too much, don’t do over work, Don’t listen to the UN wanted comments, don’t see the TV programmes, don’t involve in any controversial issues. Just be calm and pray to GOD, do your work by surrendering to GOD.
During fasting prayer is the most important, please read the Bible more and more and pray GOD, shed tears and cry before Jesus, He will fulfill all your desire at the UN imaginable speed.
Please note, we are in fasting not only to purify our body but also to go very nearer to our GOD! So let us surrender fully to our GOD, it is his duty to make us with proper energy during these fasting days. What else we need? He is seeing all of us, he is monitoring all of us, So it is his duty to look after us and pass on his radiation to gain our energy.

Water Feature Forums-oh My!
What a hoot! I’m learning a lot and fast about the nature of on-line forums.
I can only speak of my experience with forums related to the water garden or water feature industry. I have decided to join a waterfall and pond related forum and start sharing my somewhat biased views and experience with pond liners.
As of late, I have discovered that sharing my bias towards pond liners with a forum full of pond liner installers is something like trying to pass out Bibles at a porn convention!
Some startling statistics that could explain why:
1. More than 37% of all waterfalls have serious structural damage within 3 years of it being built.
2. 57% of homeowners say they’re rather unsatisfied with the way their waterfall came out – after the project was completed.
3. Nearly 1 in 3 waterfalls and ponds are leaking water within 9 months of completion.
4. 27% of all outdoor waterfalls and ponds have pumps that are either too strong or too weak – causing unnecessary expenditures down the road.
5. 63% of ‘do It yourselfers’ said they wish they had the proper information from the ‘get go’ or they wished they would have hired someone!
These statistics are from the pond liner industry itself (Bob Wilder, 48-Hour Waterfall). I can confirm and attest to these figures myself. I have built over 1,900 concrete and rebar waterfalls and ponds over the past 26 years. I have ripped out and replaced dozens of defective liner ponds and replaced them with concrete ones with lifetime warranties.
Pond liner guys will not attach more than a one-year warranty.
They make no guarantee against rats, mice, ground squirrels, gophers, tree roots and sharp objects. They know the truth, they just don’t share it.
Some guy on the forum was questioning the need to fill up the catch basin of a pondless waterfall with loose rock and gravel, thus covering up the sump pump. I thought this was a good question, because I wondered the same thing myself.
Water from a pondless waterfall is captured in a basin at its base. With a liner pond, they teach that after placing the pump in the bottom, you then fill it up with loose gravel. I’m thinking that would create three problems:
If you have to service or clean the garbage off the intake of the sump pump, you would first need to pull out all the stinky, slimy, poopy-laden rock.
The basin would not hold much water if the rock takes up most of the space. When you turn on the waterfall, most of the water is sucked from the catch basin before the water can cascade back to the basin.
There would be no room to install an auto-fill system, which means you would need to fill the basin area often with a garden hose to prevent the pump from running dry.
So I decided to be a nice guy and post my article, Pondless Waterfalls: Concrete vs. Liners, on the forum. This was a really bad idea – much like trying to untangle a nest full of rattle snakes.
Before I could post answers to several questions that were posed by a sincerely curious forum member, I was locked out of the website. By guess who? The administrator of the site, who was also the owner of the site, the webmaster, and the very guy who made the original inquiry about pondless waterfall construction!
According to him, several forum members complained to him that I was a spammer trying to sell my waterfall system. What? I don’t sell concrete and rebar. Nor do I sell high-efficiency centrifugal pumps, or Thoroseal, or galvanized grating to place over the basins, or anti-vortex drains, or rock! So what did he mean by saying I was trying to sell my system?
Well I soon figured it out, and it turns out that they probably meant I was trying to malign their system, not sell mine. I did a little research, and guess what? Mr. Administrator and Mr. Domain Owner was also a pond liner installer. End of mystery!

I want to lose 50 pounds by the end of summer. Does anybody know a good diet plan?
I’ve had a weight problem all of my life. I’m not sure what it is but I could gain weight by drinking a glass of water. A couple of years ago I was on a diet pill call xenical. It worked wonders and I lost 72 pounds but it cost 153.00 a month.Shortly after losing the weight I became pregnant and gained it back as fast as I lost it. It’s not that I’m lazy because I am a waitress and I am on my feet for 7 hours a day, well, run off my feet I guess you could say. I started my job July of 2005 and lost 26 pounds but I’ve hit a plato. I really want to get the weight off to better my health. I am currently 220 and want to be 170 pounds by the end of summer. I just need to know where to start and if there is some kind of forum on the net that will encourage me??
Dieting sucks. Changing eating habits works. A few tips that have worked for me:
1. Eat slowly. It takes up to 20 minutes for your brain to register that your tummy is full. If you eat slowly you’ll give your brain more time to tell you what your stomach really needs.
2. Eat fresh. Load up on vegetables and cut down your meat. The fiber will make you feel fuller longer, too. Dress up your veggies with shedded cheese, roasted nuts, stuff like that. Eat out seldom. Their portions are huge and not healthy. As much as you can, fix your own food and avoid pre-packaged meals.
3. Drink a lot of water. It aids in digestion and keeps you feeling fuller, longer. Especially drink a glass of water about 1/2 hr. before dinner. You’ll feel like eating less.
4. Eat a lot of soup. This will get you vegetables and water, fill you up, and it will do it with very few calories. They can be very easy to make, too.
5. Don’t deny yourself things you really like. Denying yourself of one thing entirely will drive you nuts until you lose control and binge. Instead, allow yourself some of your favorite foods regularly, and portion them out. For example, my husband has a problem with ice cream. His habit is to sit in front of the TV with a pint of Ben and Jerry’s and a spoon. Without even thinking, he can polish the whole thing off. It’s better to portion it out in advance, enjoy a reasonable about, and stop when your plate is clean.
6. Walk whenever you can. Walking burns just as many calories per mile as running (running just gets it done faster) and is a lot easier and less sweaty to do. A 150 lb person burns about 120 cal/mile. You’ll burn more or less, depending on your weight.
7. DO NOT drink your calories. That means not only soda, but fruit juice and coffee drinks, as well. They have HUGE amounts of calories and they don’t satisfy you like a meal. Avoid Jamba Juice like the plague. Snapple is your enemy. And if you really need a latte, please don’t get any of those syrup shots.
Remember- 1 lb of fat = 3500 calories. You could run an entire marathon and only lose a single pound! Don’t expect it to be fast or easy. It’s hard to lose weight, and only people who’ve never tried to lose don’t believe that. Any diet that claims to make you lose weight faster is unrealistic and unsustainable. Numbers don’t lie. But if you take my advice it’ll come off nice and steady, absolutely. Good luck!
