I’m going on a water fast….any tips and strategies?
I’m going on a fast. I haven’t planned how long it will last, but probably 7 days or so. Please don’t tell me that fasts are unhealthy and not a good weight-loss method. Just give me tips and motivators and stuff. Like, stuff to keep me occupied and how to ignore my hunger and stuff.

Make sure you drink LOTS of water and watch TV and read books alot. Take warm baths, and you will not feel hungry. I went on a water fast last month… I lost 6 pounds!!!

You’ll become malnourished. Yes, you will lose weight but most of it will come from your muscles and bones. That will leave you with a flabbier body and higher body fat percentage. You’ll also feel so deprived of your energy and light-headed.
