I spilled water in my Macbook pro, some keys in the keybaord does not work,what can be done?
The keyboard background light is half off.is it possible to replace the keyboard only in my Mac?
1.) unplug the laptop
2.) remove the battery
3.) Set your hair dryer to it’s lowest setting
Sway back and forth for about 30min-1 hour at about 8 inches away from the keyboard.
Do this generally in the area of the spill but do it for decent amount of time. Don’t set the heat to max to prevent scorching and melting. You basically only want dry warm air to circulate the keys and the contacting points beneath the rubber keypad. I’ve done this to numerous keyboards and laptops for customers.
DO NOT USE HIGH HEAT!!!

Over time, these SOC’s have been finding their way into the drinking water supplies around the world. Most municipal water treatment systems were developed over 50 years ago, and were not designed to remove SOC’s from the water supply. Water purification is the key for taking these undesired chemicals out of your drinking water.
Another area of concern is the widespread use of pesticides. These chemicals were created to reduce or eliminate insect problems in farming or housing areas. It is now know that pesticides have a very long lifetime, continuning to persist even after breaking down into smaller components. Testing by the Environmental Working Group found pesticides in 27 of 29 municipal water supplies. The need for additional water purification has never been as great as it is today.
In conclusion, there are many challenges to the water supplies in our cities and towns. Water is the most important substance in our bodies, and water purification is the key to making sure the water we drink is good for us. A good water purifer will remove chemicals like SOC’s and pesticides, and make your drinking water safer and more healthy. Look for water purifiers that are certified by the California Department of Health Services, this will ensure that you have a high quality product!

Runners… what do you wear on your back to carry water, keys, and your phone?
I have heard of Camelbak but I need something that will not move on my back when I go out running. I need a small back pack that is secure and tight that can hold my keys and phone. What do runners wear that carries this kind of stuff, plus water?
LOL, Im a runner, and I actually put my cell and keys in my bra…I have a VERY good/tight sports bra by nike, that fills like extra skin..and it holds them both..I don’t feel them at all
I dont think i would be comfortable with a small back pack especially now since its summer!
