Why are there Nutrition Facts on water?
THERE IS NOTHING IN THERE!! what the eff…..i dont get the point….
lol, ice mountain water has no nutrition facts on them.
Because some water companys, especially flavoured water, and ‘healthy water’ companies try to use this as a marketing boost. There was a product called Vitamin water which actually gave insignificant values of vitamins, and most of the energy was just added sugar.
Some bottled water comes from natural springs and so on, so traces of magnesium, sodium and calcium and other vitamins and minerals could be found so therefore are shown on the label.
Some countries have health and safety standards which means all products need to be labelled regardless of them containing anything or not.
