It has been reported and confirm that after discovering water ice on Mars NASA sent two document to the white house about their finding on Mars. One document is about the water ice while the second is a secret classified document that has to do with something that they find on Mars. What do you think it could be?

Sorry, but you are talking complete nonsense. It has not been “reported and confirmed”, otherwise people like you wouldn’t be asking this question on Yahoo answers. If it was “confirmed”, we’d all know about it by now. Either back your claims up with firm evidence – and that does not mean youtube videos – or stop making silly allegations.

Let’s Explore Mars
In June and July of 2003, two nASA launched rare robot rovers obliged for Mars. The goal of NASA was to assemble informations about our neighbour globe, the red earth called Mars. Previous expeditions of the last near 30 years have given us so much informations about Mars, but they have been passing visits and not enough records had been collected. Nevertheless this mission would be different. The two rovers were projected to last 90 Martian living at best, but even after more than 1000 Martian living on, they were still departures solid.
The two rovers were nicknamed Spirit and Opportunity. They weighed about 180 kg each, that is about 400 lbs in American language. They passed batteries, communication tackle, and solar panels. The two rovers have sent back hundreds of thousands of similes in both grey-balance and colour of the Martian seeming. The stunning panoramic shots can take your breath way. Equipping with a geological kit and motorized rock tools, they were able to look beneath the seeming to determine more than previously thought imaginable.
All these new discoveries have amplified our wisdom while at the same time increasing the total of question we have about Mars. Why did the water recede? Was their life on Mars? Could humans live on Mars? As these little rovers keep running, perhaps we will even have more questions answered in the near coming. Who knows what mendacity outside the next rock outcropping?

“We have water,” said William Boynton of the University of Arizona, lead scientist for the Thermal and Evolved-Gas Analyzer, or TEGA. “We’ve seen evidence for this water ice before in observations by the Mars Odyssey orbiter and in disappearing chunks observed by Phoenix last month, but this is the first time Martian water has been touched and tasted.”

So, because water does exist on mars there is a small chance that there is life on mars too, I think.
However, my question is:
Is there life on mars? Does anyone ever discovered that there is someone living out there?
If not, is there life on any other planet than Terra?
Mars had standing water for about a billion years, 5x as long as it took for life to appear on Earth after there was liquid water here. If life is the natural development from chemistry – chemical complexification in an aquias environment at reasonable temperatures, then there was probably life. If we can go to Mars and find fossils of past life on the surface, then we will have proven this conjecture and we will know that life is a general phenomenon. As we now know that planets are the general phenomenon around Stars, then we will know that life is everywhere.
There is evidence that there is a significant amount of water below the surface of Mars. If we can drill down and find this water, and find life – we can look into if the pattern on life on Earth is the same as that on Mars (RNA, DNA etc), or if we are just one particular pattern from a vast tapestry.
In relation to other worlds – there is very strong evidence that there is a huge oceans, hundreds of kilometers deep under the ice surface of one of Jupiters moons, Europa. There is also strong evidence of liquid water beneath the ice surface of one of Saturns moons, Enceladus
