For goodness sake take a breath! There is no way you can lose 20 pounds in such a short time unless you cut off your head! Drastic diets are DANGEROUS! Accept yourself as you are. Be yourself at all times. That will make you automatically beautiful. Anyone who doesn’t accept or warm to you – well that’s their problem. Their loss.
