Technology To Help Manage Water Efficiently
Water resource and water management is discussion and more debate in the world today. International water management Institute is develop a software for water usage planning as PODIUM which base on information in1995.Some country is Physical water scarcity but economic water scarcity.
Suddenly, I will note some tools (method, technology) for help manage water efficiently
- The plant uses less water.
- Reducing evaporation of water in water sources.
- The toilet system that does not need water.
- Crop management plans and changing food systems in plants.
- The catchment area.
- Using treated wastewater from cities or large industrial use of agricultural periphery.
- Salt removal from water (Desalination) to take advantage of the salt.
- Using clean technology, including automatic water control system. Water use in industry and households.
- Wastewater treatment for reuse.
- The system does not release waste water (Zero Discharge).
