How to prevent mouth zits?
I only get zits on my mouth, especially where the mustache grows and on the corners.
I only get zits there. I don’t think it is my diet. I drink a lot of water and I eat typically healthy. I also wash my face every day and sometimes twice.

don’t wash your face too much. that can actually make your face over produce oils.
Try to not touch your mouth area as much. Touching your hands to your face can transfer bacteria. Also washing your pillow cases frequently will help.
When you wash your face make sure to exfoliate your ‘stache (take a wash cloth and lightly scrub and/or use an exfoliating wash once a week). The facial hair keeps dead skin in tact longer and causes the zits to be more frequent in those areas. It’s not necessarily a matter of how often you wash as how you are washing and what you are using.
